Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gripp Socks! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with the exception of damaged items).
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at grippsocks@gmail.com / @grippsocks. We’ll provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors if available. Please reach out to arrange an exchange. If your desired product is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or items marked as “final sale.”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your socks arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.
